Every abaya is made to order and takes 2 to 3 weeks to prepare. Shipping charges depend on your delivery location in the UAE and are shown at checkout.
You can request a return or an alteration within 2 days of delivery. If the fit isn't right, we can alter it for you. Full returns are accepted for a valid reason: the piece arrived damaged or defective, it isn't what you ordered, or it doesn't match the size and length you ordered. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with labels attached.
